One Yemeni Trinity Blend. Roasted on an industrial machine. Obsessed over like a kitchen stove.
Our story
Yemen is where coffee began. For centuries, its beans traveled from the port of Mocha to the rest of the world. Then, slowly, the world forgot.
We didn't.
Mike Punch Coffee exists for one reason: we were given unlimited access to a rare Yemeni Trinity Blend—Haraz, Anissi, and Hamadi in equal parts. Three beans. Three mountains. One forgotten recipe.
Instead of selling them off in bulk, we decided to roast them ourselves. On an industrial roaster. By hand. One batch at a time.
There is no middleman. No sourcing theater. Just Mike, a roaster, and a blend that tastes like dried cherry, clove, and cocoa—exactly as it was meant to.
We don't roast ten different beans. We roast one. And we chase perfection in every batch.
Welcome to Mike Punch Coffee. The name is unusual. The coffee is unforgettable.
Driven by passion.
Passion is a word that gets thrown around a lot in coffee. Let us be specific.
We are passionate about consistency. An industrial roaster gives us precision. But precision means nothing without obsession. Every batch of Trinity Blend is logged, cupped, and approved before it leaves our hands. If it doesn't taste like cherry, clove, and cocoa, it doesn't get your name on the bag.
We are passionate about honesty. We don't claim direct trade unless we can prove it. We don't use words like "artisanal" as a crutch. We roast Yemeni coffee because it's extraordinary—not because it's trendy.
And we are passionate about one blend only. Most roasters spread themselves thin. We chose depth over width. Haraz. Anissi. Hamadi. Equal parts. Forever.
Mike Punch Coffee isn't a lifestyle brand. It's a roastery with a singular focus. You'll taste the difference or you won't buy a second bag.
That's the deal.
